To follow up what predatorrules said.
i5 or i7 Skylake CPU, 6600K or 6700K. K models if you wish to try overclocking. CM Hyper 212 Evo as a cheap and decent CPU cooler. GTX 1070 and 16GB DDR4 RAM(2400-2800MHz)... Z170 mobo. Lots of cases to choose from. PSU.. Gold rated 500W+. EVGA G2 Supernova 550 or 650W... Or their P2 series.
Do you need keyboard, mouse, monitor and windows license as well?
Think I'm going to get an MSI X2 ,found one for 1400 canadian
Nice, enjoy
I'd peronally would build something like this at the same amount: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/4KZCJV but the Nighthawk is good as well
+1.
Nightblade is good but for 1400 canadian dollars, I doubt it will have the top speccs (i7 6700K, GTX980Ti, RAID SSD etc etc), while @PredatorRules' system has great gaming picks, and some of the parts are even better (like GPU and PSU) even from the best Nightblade X2 setup.
