I'm thinking of getting a new laptop. The only games I'd be playing on it would be Civilization 4 (and its expansions) and San Andreas (both pretty old and not too graphics-intensive), apart from that I'd just be using it for school/music/web browsing etc. So can anyone recommend a good quality, reliable laptop capable of running those games at decent settings w/ no lag, for around $600 - $700 or less? Thanks for your help

As a general rule any laptop that has something other than an Intel graphics card could run those games pretty easily. As long as it has a Nvidia or ATI card a new computer shouldn't have a problem of running those games.
