That all looks pretty good, though if you're looking for something that'll be a little more "future proof", I'd get a good DDR3 board (x38, x48, 790i chipsets), some ddr3 ram and an intel q9300/9450.
If it breaks your budget, drop the water cooling and the PSU is a little overkill. Something like a Corsair HX 520W is more than enough for that setup.
Would suggest you drop the WC. That Asetek pre-built WC isn't generally good, especially for its price. You're better off with a high-end air cooler instead. If you aren't even OCing, then no aftermarket cooler is even needed.
Other than that, might as well pony up a few more dollars for the WD 640GB HDD(320GB platters) instead.
The entire concept of anything being "future proof" in computers is a Chimera, an Urban Myth. There is no such thing. A six year old PC is so obsolete now that it is almost an antique. Technology changes far more rapidly in PCs than almost anything else we are in contact with on a regular basis, except possibly cellphones.
The best approach is to build something yourself in a case larger than needed, with a quality PSU also larger than currently needed, and expect to upgrade the RAM total every 18 months, video cards every 24 months, minimum, mainboards (and CPUs) every 36 months, and buy your components online, not from a storefront type retailer.
