Hi, I'm planning on ordering the bits for my new P.C. being abit of a novice i wondered if these were good, and compatible with each other (if I've done my research right they are, but like I said being a novice, better safe than sorry :) ):

Asus P5N32-E PLUS

8800 GT

Core 2 E6750

Corsair 2gb Ram

Antec P182 Super Midi Tower Case

Seagate Barracuda ES 320GB

OCZ GameXStream 600w

Just 2 final questions: On the mobo it says Dual GB LAN, is this just a fancy word for ethernet or...?Do I need extra cooling for this setup if I don't overclock?

If you do take the time to help me, thanks a lot in advance. Mucho appreciated :)

Nice Rig, great choices. Yeah, that's an ethernet port. And you won't need any extra cooling unless you overlock.

Looks very well considered indeed. Balanced in all the right places, and good parts selecion. I'm a little leary of that power supply though - given the high ripple on its +12v rails under heavy loads, SLI on that unit might be unstable. I'd look into the Corsair HX620w power supply instead.

If you absolutely insist on sticking with the OCZ, save yourself 10 quid and get the StealthXStream, since it's the exact same power supply.

As a last suggestion, the RAM you picked is good, but the heatspreader on these looks very impressive indeed. For a pound you really can't go wrong there.
