New PSU and Cpu cooler

hello i need to change my psu (ezcool which from what i heard sux), sho which of these should i have 1)OCZ 600W StealthXStream 2)Hec Cougar 700W 3)Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 600W 4)Thermaltake 650W W0163 and im gonna buy some cpu cooler and for now i think im gonna go with scythe mugen2 but does it fit on my mobo and the generic case i have!! rig : q6600, 4 gb , msi p35 platinum combo , sapphire 4890, wd 320gb, 2-3 case fans and some powerfull cpu fan for oc

Out of those, I would definitely pick the Thermaltake. While I am not a big fan of Thermaltake products, especially the PSU's, the Toughpower series is the exception.

I'd take a Toughpower over a StealthXStream any day of the week. As for the CPU cooler, most cases will accommodate a tower-style cooler like the Mugen 2, but your mileage may vary. Just to be safe I'd measure 160mm from your CPU socket to the side of your case just to make sure.

I would go with either the OCZ or Thermaltake. The Coolermasters are notorious for having crappy cooling fans in them. I had to replace my cooling fan in mine after only 3 months.

thnx guys but for now maybe im gonna buy the toughpower cuz its 650w but what about the hec 700w or chieftec 700w?Are they any good or not!?they r cheap and 700w!!!!!
