new ram or new hdd?

here's my problem, I have this HDD currently and it's complteley full, I do have an external I can use for a while but I'd like to get one or two more hdd's

or I can get new ram, I currently have 2x1gb of pc2-6400 memoryand 2x1gb of pc2-5300 memory

either way I REALLY need new memory or hdd, I'm leaned towards getting new ram and just live off of the external hdd for a week

what should I do?

first of all i never heard of two different types of memory but then again im not familiar with memory just by the serial name. anyways since you have 4gb of mem you really dont need any more memory . If i were you i would just buy a external hdd. fizzlegloop

no the problem isn't that I dont have ENOUGH memory, the problem is that they're 2 different kinds, and neither is very good
