Thinking of getting this one http://www.ebuyer.com/product/246650 just wanted to make sure it'd all work, I think it would but you know.

I'm not able to tell you the kind of motherboard I have but I have a Packard Bell iMeda A5518 (UK), everythings the same apart from the PSU and Graphics Card.

So any help would be appreciated and if you do find out what kind of Motherboard I have could you please inform me? I've looked and can't find it anywhere.

Thanks.

Just open the side panel on the PC and see what card connections you can use like PCI for old sound cards and TV Tuners same thing with PCIEX1 slots and if your motherboard has a pciex1 slot and you got the money go for the Asus Xonar Xense its much better than the 5.1 sound card version your thinking of getting.

It's a big upgrade from onboard and as long as you have a free PCI slot (just open it up and check) then you're good.
