Hey all whats up? im looking to do a small video upgrade on my pc as of right now i have a Ati radeon 128 meg 2400 pro pci express. Now i only have a 250 watt PS in my pc so i cant go top of the line all im looking for is a nice jump in performance.What would be a nice card for around $150USD thanks

A nice video card around that price is Radeon 4850, but I don't think your PSU can handle it very good. I sugest you upgrade the PSU too, 250 W is not enought.

Sorry its not a 250watt its a 300 (not much better) but anyways what can i get for around 150USD that will work with the power supply and is better than the 128 meg ATI radeon 2400 pro pci express

Unfortunately there is nothing much new that can be supported with a PSU under 450W. There are low range options much similar to your own chipset ut nothing more powerful than that.

It appears the HD 3650 series is your best bet in the ATi realm. It is better than hd 2400 and should retail below $200. I'd say take a look at it and see what you think.

Anything better though requires a 450W+ power supply.

man get a 8500gt got myself one for 60 dollars and its very good i can run cod 4 maxed 30 fps
