Currently on the look out of a new pc , im living in Qc Canada and that's the reason im looking in newegg.ca .

I just want to know if its safe to buy a prebuilt gaming pc from them .

I have little to no knowledge into building a gaming pc from scratch.

These are the Pc's im looking at :

uhh i would say to get the 2nd computer if you really insist on buying a prebuilt, but you could get way more bang for buck if you built your own.

IF you look at the other two builds, u see they have the Core 2 Quads, which are inferior (in general) to the Phenom II X4's. The only problem being the slighty weaker GPU, if you dont mind me asking, are you using this pc for A LOT of gaming or what?

if your not going to be using it for intense gaming i would say to buy the second one with Phenom II X4's in it. The 9800GT is a great low-mid card. Although I have the GTS 250 and i absolutely love it, which is equal in power with the 4850. If you are into gaming more, I geuss you could opt for any of the other two, and settle fore a Core 2 Quad

Well im new to the pc gaming , but yes i was actually leaning towards for the 9800 GT one , and its 1GB so its kinda the higher end instead of the 512 mb ..

My question remains , is newegg.ca a trustable website for PREBUILT pc's ? ...

For individual parts i know they have been good for...

It's not Pre-builts from Newegg that you should worry about. It's what company they come from.

Just because something is on Newegg doesn't make it good. Do your research and ask questions.

Newegg's service, doesn't matter whether it's .com or .ca, is eggcellent....

Yeah horrible joke, they make the same one. I've never had a problem with Newegg's customer support or returning anything.

Yes i did some research on cyberpower pc's , so far it seems its like taking a 50/50 chance of getting a good pc , also understood that costumer service aint that great..

But still hoping some people with more expertise here will help me out with this decision..

Dont buy those brands, you will probably be in a world of hurt. Buy parts seperately and find someone or some palce to build it for you, these brand PC's are cheap for a reason and even saying that you aren't getting much for their prices.

I don't know where you live in Canada but if its Edmonton the guy above suggested www.memoryexpress.ca or you should try www.b-com.ca

If you live in Ontario you could try Tigerdirect (mississauga i believe), Ncix is in Vancouver I believe. Memory Express also has various locations around Canada.

Ultimately I would suggest buying seperate parts online (if you dont have a local vendor) and paying some guy on kijiji like $50 to put it together for you, than buying that piece of junk.

just buy the parts , and send them to pc shop so they can assemble them.
