Next big time game: Spore?

Do you think spore is going to be the next big time game.I sure do.If you do think so tell me why? If you think not still tell me why?In my opinion it's revolutionary.Do you think it's good enough to buy:question:

I havent really followed it too close because I dont wanna get hyped - I want the sheer amazingness of it to completely blow me away.

I think it will be huge.

Big time game? As in The Sims big? No. This game has to much depth to it to be able to apeal to that many people. The god mode game fans are far and few between, but this games revolutionary feel and look will draw some outsiders in.

My prediction : Great reviews, Great game, Fairly good success, will fall of the radar in 6 months after it launches with a very niche group of people.

I hope i'm wrong, and I will be buying it for sure!

Their is no doubt whether spore will b a success or not, hard facts say that it is obviously the most anticipated game ever, in the history of games.

Also its a never ending game that will be played 4 many years as long as it has good in game controls.

It will be held high by maxis for years with expansion packs, as this would be the most expansion pack set up game in again the history of computer games.

It has received perfect reviews with no bad reviews, and will heighten the "mean" of freeness in the game play by a hell lot more than any other game ever created.

I am highly anticipating the game as well and think it looks incredibly interesting. My only concern is that it almost seems like a game marketed more to kids.I don't know if that is right at all, but either way, the concept is great. I will most likely buykillthebrews19

so what? does that make the game bad? Super mario series considered to be one of the best video game franchises in history always has kiddy graphics and it always appeals to kids and there are a lot more similar.

I was a bit doubtful, but the spore creature creator sales put me in my place. Consistently selling well, even outselling sims 2 expansion packs. That's pretty big, EA hit the marketing right, it's a few million seller easy.nutcrackr

Gotta love EA's greed selling whats considered a demo to an upcoming game but they know theres no shortage of suckers willing to dish out the cash so good for them hehehe.

Well I haven't bought the $10 version but I think you are dead wrong about greed and suckers. EA is a buisness that sold a fully functioning product that could have been a standalone game in the first place. Secondly you call them suckers but if they really enjoy it, and keeping in mind that the free version is quite limited on parts, then why are they suckers? Its $10 dollars.
