NFS Shift pure awesome ?

I think so , ive been playing the game for over an hour and i really havent liked a NFS game since NFS MW but this game just blows it away. Really tight controlls , sound is amazing , awesome graphics and i do like them better then GT5 Prologue which i own on PS3. What do you guys think who played the game ?

How is the in-car presentation? This was supposed to be one of the big features, that the in-car view was going to be the best in-car view ever seen in a game?

The incare view is really goregeous i use it , you can even modify the inside of the car with mods and upgrades. Also tons of bodykits , rims, performance mods.

Need for Speed will sell because it has pretty graphics. As far as driving, the physics are lame. It does not even feel or react like a real car. It is exactly what it is supposed to be...a GAME with Shiny Sparklies to attract buyers.

Oh God, I just was playing it. PERFORMANCE IS AWFUL. I have a hd3870x2 + 3870 + 6 gigs of ram + qx6700 @ 3.5ghz. Such awful prformance, goes from 20fps to 60fps for no reason... I'm plaiyng at all high no AA 1920x1080... It doesn't even look very pretty, Grid looks a lot better and runs a lot better. This game doesn't seem to take advantage of crossfire at all, I think it's just using one of my hd3870s, as in I have a hd3870x2 + 3870, that's 3 cores. I think it's only using one, because when I dsiabled my 3rd core, no performance changes.... grrr, I am going to have to play this windowed at like 1280x720? That's lame.JigglyWiggly_

Definitely want this game, but I'm not sure how well it would run on my rig. Core i7 2.7GHz, 3x1GB DDR3 RAM, Radeon HD 4850.

I haveNvidia Geforce 8800GT Processor AMD AthlonX2 5000+ and on all or almost all high max settings fullscreen the game will frequently freeze about once on each race and unfreeze in about 3 seconds when I come crashing against the wall so I don't know if it's my processor or the game. Also can't connect to play online damn thing says I'm not connected to ea nation same issues with burnout paradise.

Dirt and Grid performed amazing on the PC, so yeah thats not an Excuse... and ofcourse I played it and didnt just watch pictures and yet I have to say it again the Versions are the same except for minor Graphics Update (which would make it even better on the PC) get it in your Head.... Also the main Discussion in this Thread wasn't made for the Technical Aspects, more for if you like the Game or not and I gave my Oppinion, Deal with it.
