It's like the madden series, except adding more cars instead of adding a different roster. It's called "Milking" a series.
2 points..
1) Take just the two most recent NFS games, Shift and Undercover. The two games barely have any similarities at all, aside from driving a car.
2) If the complaint about lack of variety between games is based on the fact that all you do is drive a car... what else are they supposed to put into a driving game??
NFS is a great series but I am starting to feel that they are sending out to many games with not much difference in each game. Does anyone else agree or have a different opinion?NeRveDThe title should be with "too", not "to". Buy anyway...yes....there is only SO much you can do with a driving game. Still, they hit the good points with some of their releases and keep the series fun.
except for NFS Underground 1 and 2, I think they put out decent games. Havent played Shift but I hear nothing but good things.

Steameffekt
Should try actually playing a game before making a comment like this about it.
NFS series have become just another typical sports series. One release per year with little changes and people still re-buy the game.GhoXas pointed out the last games have been different and developed by different people and using different styles/engines. Pretty different than some sports game that updates every year with a few extras.
