I had to do some changing of the settings and stuff while installing it for connection sharing and I finally got it to work. I was so happy and ready to get back online with my Wii and DS. But it was too good to be true...now every time I do the connection test it fails and I get an error code.

So I emailed nintendo for help with the problem and they say its because of a firewall. So I try to disable everything and add the program to the allowed list just to make sure but I still have the same problem. They also said that disabling it might not work alone because other parts of it may be running and I would have to delete the program completly.

Here is what I want to know. Is there a way I can delete it and test the connection and if it doesn't work (It most likely won't because I have had so many problems with this thing on vista but none on XP) can I restore it back to where it was because my dad said he doesn't want me to disable the firewall because he is scared of getting viruses >.>
