I tried to launch garrys mod a while ago and I got a weird engine error something about not connecting to content servers or something, I figure it is a steam issue, so I launched CSS and it worked fine, but Garrys mod still has the error! Is anyone else getting any errors? How can I fix this?

Did you read mine? Why pay for something when I already have a perfectly working game GM9, and whats to say if I get GM10 that I won't still have the error?

but anyways do the basic reinstall restart computer etc. and see if it will work
Gmod 9 sucks. I have it and it has about 10 tools, where Garry's Mod 10, now 11, has way more tools and it works way better. I HIGHLY recommend you just simply buy GMOD 10.

You want the Garrys Mod 10 thread this is for GMOD9, can't you read or something. I found this old thread after looking for info on gmod9 which is odd that it's still here.
