Which way should rear case fans be mounted?. Should air be blowing towards the components or outside the case? How can you tell which way to mount fans?

If you have front case fans, then they should suck in, and the rear fans blow out. This creates airflow across your hardware. If you just have the rear fans and no front fans, it's better to have the rear fans blowing out, to release the heat being produced by the cpu, gpu, and psu.

Position them so that they blow air out the back of the case.
