What does it mean When it says DDR3 on a GPU. My Mobo has DDR2 slots for Ram. Does DDR3 mean anything when it comes to graphics cards?

Don't worry. Any kind of video memory will work with your motherboard, the only time you have to worry about that is with RAM.

don't worry bout it...gpu's have their own dedicated video memory and is separate from your computer's own memory
