I tried going to vista boards looking for help and didn't really find anything. I have vista home premium installed on my computer and my user is an administrator one. I installed the nvmonitor and ntune applications and the monitor works, it'll pull up the temps and everything. But when I try to pull up ntune it keeps saying stuff like "need administrative access" over and over again to which I keep clicking ok ok ok and it eventually pulls it up anyways. I was trying to go into properties and giving it full control but it wouldn't let me.

Is there any other way to give it more rights so it won't keep coming up with the "need admin blah blah" errors like 7 times before pulling up.

While the regular Nvidia driver for Vista is pretty stable (but it's still in beta state) ntune isn't. Wait for new development and improvements.
