OCing

I want to get a 4000+ brisbane and OC it to 2.6GHz. Will this fan+heatsink work? What about this one? I really don't want to spend much money on a cooler, but I would like my load temps at 40C tops. I don't know if that is realistic with a $15 cooler though.

ONLY if those are trash, I could get this.

Also, this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone know if it will fit on this board? Sone of the reviews said that one of the X2 6000+ stock coolers won't fit on it.
