Oblivion GOTY for Pc?

Well i'm going to buy this for the PC, and I wanted to know if theres any sensitivity for the walking part? I mean when your an assassin, you need thumbstick sensitivity! the w key does not give that to you ... so i think i'm just going to buy this wireless gaming reciever for my pc... but it says it doesn't have vista drivers yet... unless thats not updated...

i know but i'm talking about assassination people... the stuff the dark brotherhood makes you do, its some missions where sensitivity is your friend and the shadows are your wife...

for instance, do you remember the guy that makes fun of every character you make in the begininng? well i had to assassinate him, retracing my steps thru the suers... NOT being found by guards or being able to kill them, on the last part, theres 2 guards guarding the entrance to your old cell... the only way is to sneak around them SUPER QUIETLY. and when i got back to my cell, the game glitched and it wouldn't let me kill him, so me being a genius! i just took out my bow and gave him a good ol' headshot thru the bars... and ran outta the suers like a madman... sure tha guards found me, but i was waaay too fast for them!... /example.
