Oblivion Umpa's Dance Mod

_so I downloaded and installed this mod, but it doesn't seem to be working at all.

I've installed it as it says in the .txt file and ticked the checkbox in the launcher.

I have actors in charge mod and it's working, I don't have any other mods.

Do I need another patch or something to get Umpa Dance working?
