Okay, I have a BFG 7600GT OC

It came factory OC'ed to 580/725(Stock at 560/700)

I'm Oc'ing with nTune, and I got it up to 590/735, and then ran a small part of 3Dmark06. I then put it down to factory OC settings, and ran 3DMark06 again, to see if I had much of a FPS difference. I then tried to put it back up to 590/735, and it said "GPU Clock Test Failed." What does this error mean, and why could I OC it to these clock speeds before, but not now? I'm idling at 47 degrees(C), and I go to about 52 degrees under load, so I know it can't be overheating...

I have read enough about OCing video cards, I just wanted to know why I cannot not OC 1MHz over the factory OC settings, without a test failed error...

Well, I figured out how to get passed that error, and I'm successfully at

A Core Clock of: 640 MHz
Memory Clock of: 770MHz (1540MHz)

I went from
Core:580MHz
Memory:725MHz(1450MHz)

I think I did pretty good for my first video card OC...

I now idle at 50 degrees C, and go under load at 58 degrees C...

Only about 3FPS max in 3DMark06, I get higher FPS, but weirdly I get a lower overall score (by about 200) so I'm gonna put the core down a little, like 10MHz, and try again later, right now I'm running stock...
