Eh. The odds are that you won't experience any problems.

Yes?

I mean, its probably just sitting somewhere inside the PSU. If it does move them it might hit the fan but it is unlikely to cause any damage.

If you are really worried then you can open the PSU. Two things though; 1) that will probably nullify the warranty and 2) make sure that the PSU has been disconnected from the mains for a long while before you open it.

I was going to open up the psu, i started takin off the top four screws, but decided it was a bad idea, and then started screwing them back in, except one of the screws wont go all the way in back, would that hurt the psu or somthin?

It's rubber so it's not conducive. Don't worry about it.

Oh, by the way, were those rubber things supposed to keep the PSU from touching the metal of the case? because they came off pretty easily

They were probably to silence any potential vibration. The PSU casing can touch the case, it doesn't matter.

Well they could hit the fan. If you do decide to open it, make sure you hit the 0 switch on the PSU. Then hit the power button to discharge it, otherwise you will almost certainly fry something with your screw driver with the psu opened.

Don't understand why people are saying just leave it there. I certainly wouldn't have loose, unsecured things floating around in my PC, near moving parts.

I wouldn't leave it there either. Tip the case while pc is on and it could cause a problem, which warranty won't typcially fix either if a fin is broken.

If the rubber disc is lodged somewhere securely then it's likely not going to cause any harm. It COULD, yes, but it likely won't. Worst case scenario has it melting on a component that generates heat, or stopping a moving part (a fan). If the rubber disc i securely lodged in the PSU then it's not really anything to kick up a fuss about.

Well now that you removed the screws, the warranty is already voided, might as well go all the way and open the thing... Make sure it's not been plugged for a while like Tez said.
