Alright I'm gonna put a link of the Graphics Card that I might buy would this fit in my Dell Inspiron 531s?

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8983745&type=product&id=1218004430629

And also I deleted Company of Heroes off my computer but when I try to install it again it says that there is a version of the game already installed and I have to remove it from the add/remove programs. So I go there and its not there and I delete everything thats CoH related but it still won't let me install it. Any help?

First off never buy graphics, well .... any tech from retail. That card is in no way worth 130$ ... that is laughable. Secondly you are wasting money on a 1gig version. That is a lower-mid range card. It is not meant for high resolution gaming and thus you will not be putting anywhere near 1gb of GPU ram to work. Save money and get the 512 model, you AND your wallet will thank me. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130501 $59.99 Newegg is highly reliable and has excellent returns. Also EVGA has a very long and very honored warranty which will serve you for the life of your graphics card. I use Newegg and TigerDirect for all my electronic needs as they are SOOOOOO much cheaper than retail can ever offer or will offer.

Or you can spend the same 129.99 and buy a brand new Nvidia 250GTS which will run all your new games including crysis at maxxed out graphics and very nice resolutions. It also comes with CoD World at War for free!!! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150357

I hope you take my advice to heart. BTW if your wondering if I know what I am talking about. I build and work on computers privately as a profession and thus have hundreds of man hours around these beasts.

Sounds like a registry problem to me as well. Be care full deleting files in your registry. Do a look up on google on which files exactly to delete and delete only those. If you do not, you run the risk of completely ruining your system along with any save files you have forcing you to at the very least repair it with recovery disk.

That sounds like a rip off for a 9600, here is a similar one on Newegg for $69.99. However as stated above, don't waste money on a 1GB 9600. You won't have enoug processor speed to be able to utilize it and it just simply would be wasted, if it didn't slow it down.

Since I am not familiar with your exact computer I cannot say for certain if it will work. You need to know if you have a PCIe express x16 slot. If you do then yes you should be fine. I would recommend a better video card, like a GTS 250, but without knowing your system specs I don't want to recommend something that will simply be bottle-necked.

Edit: spelling/grammer

Crap, I just checked up on your computer and realized you own the SLIM model. Get back to me through private messages, we might be able to find you a low profile GPU that will work in your rig. Unfortunately any conventional graphics card will NOT fit in your PC. That's the price that is paid for saving space (It has its pros and cons).

Third post. This card is performing admirably and user reviews state it works well with your IDENTICAL computer!!! Still cheaper than bestbuy and higher clock speeds. This is about the best slimline GPU you are going to find for under $200+http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162016

Nice find. But please note that this particular video card does require a 6pin PCIe power connector. Looking at the picture on the egg it does look like it includes a molex adapter. You need to make sure that you have at least one free molex adapter or a 6 pin PCIe cable free on your system.

Ok I just look on that site and yeah it seems better than the one that I was thinking but at the stored they were selling the Card that I had around 90 dollars. I don't know why it was more expensive online but anyway I still have to look in my computer and I will check I probably do have a free molex adapter I just gotta check again.

Well if you DO in fact go with the best buy one make sure it is a slimline version of that card or it will absolutely not fit. The card I linked you is specifically meant to fit into a slimline PC such as yours.

I usually say avoid buying anything from Best Buy if possible. You will be grossly overcharged.

Here is an okay low profile card on newegg... You will be hard pressed to find low profile cards in store.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161074

It's overpriced for the specs, but about the best low profile card I can find on newegg for less than $100.
