OK, I'll do it: Saints Row 3, anyone get? Looks fun...

I decided to get it. I have loved all the Saints Row games so far and this one looks like it will be much more fun.

I'm waiting, TOO many games! :)

After the utter mess that was Saints Row 2 on the PC, no thank you. Yes I am well aware that the developer has said "we are doing the PC version in house and it will be better", but then they would say that wouldn't they. I will wait for reviews and maybe pick it up at a steam sale at a later date.

There is a lot of win here:

Outside the main game, Saints Row: The Third has Whored mode. This pits you (and possibly a partner) against waves of enemies, but while plenty of games have similar "horde" modes, this one has a distinct Saints Row flavor. One wave may give you a chainsaw with which to defeat a flood of zombies, another may give you a minigun with which to take down a massive energy-drink mascot, and another may require you to fend off attacking gimps while armed with nothing but a purple d*ldo bat.

I'm fairly interested in it, but I'm worried about how the PC port will be. :(

I pre ordered it. In a world with samey, dreary sequels, I feel the need to support this game. Also I loved SR 2 despite the technical flaws. I also heard THQ isn't doing so hot this year, and imo they are a great publisher compared to the alternatives, so I want to support them.

IS is being a pain in my a**. My account that was created in it doesn't exist yet at the same time it does, so I can't upload any of my characters. Hopefully I can re-link my account in the actual game.

Have had it preordered since October :). HOWEVER, THQ.com apparently sucks at deliveries, so I honestly have no idea when my game will arrive. They've said Canadian residents might have to account for customs delays, and on top of that, the UPS tracking system isn't working.

Tomorrow was supposed to be my most anticipated day of 2011, but I'll just have to keep checking my mailbox.

Thats the problem, it doesn't actual exist according the THQ websites. This only happens if you create a THQ account within IS. Im pretty sure that if you already have a THQ account before using IS, you will have no problem.

I made an account at the Saints Row site, the problem is that my Steam account is linked to my other account that doesn't exist but does exist. And there is no way to unlink it.

I should mention that the account I made at the Saints Row site, is EXACTLY the same as the one I made in IS (username, pw etc)

It has been running well for me as well as my friend who has a PC that was built in 2008. Quick man, can you tell me if co-op is easy to join/create games? I was swearing at my comp for Saints Row 2 because it would not allow us to join each others' games (effin' Gamespy server browser, man). Got it sorted out after a few hours of searching for help.

I hear you, bro. Death Tag in SR2 was a few hours of crazy laughs, and I thought I heard in a preview it's making a return in 3?

Interested to get this at some point
