I have a mic right now but it crushes my head when i wear it O_o. So im looking for a mic that has two headphones on it and pretty good quality.

Well what's your price limit? I use the Creative HS-1000 which is pretty comfortable, has a good detachable mic, and excellent sound quality. Plan on paying $50-$80 for them.
