I have heard so many good things about "System Shock 2" for PC that I want the game. My idea is to trade some games I no longer play for this game. I hear this can be done at some retail outlets. You know....store credit for your PC games. I just hope that I can find the game. I think everyone is hanging on to their copy. I haven't found it yet. I hope it is all people say it is.

Right now E-Bay is probably the best place to get it. It takes a bit to get SS2 to work on a modern system, but there are plenty of guides out there. I got it to run on mine.

I didn't have to touch my drivers, I got it running in 98SE compatibility mode under xp, with affinity set to one cpu.

*edit*

I'm pretty sure this is the guide I used: http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69958

Eeeek! I didn't know it was that old a game. I will definitely skip the game then. Thanks to everyone for setting me straight on that one.

There are improvements but yeah it looks, old. The sound however is unmatched and the gameplay is mainlty rpg so you dont have to care much about the control.
