Very good.... 7 out of 10.

In order to get 10 out of 10 you would need Core 2 Quad and 2x 8800 Ultra's etc.....

Is an SLI motherboard really necessary if you're using an ATI card? Also, unless you're sure you want to do SLI in the future (rip off IMO, and in many other peoples opinions), it would be better to save money and get a regular motherboard.

7/10

SLI is a waste, you would be better off buying a newer more powerful single card before buying another 1950pro in crossfire mode.

A 7 seems like a reasonable score for that rig.

And besides he wouldn't be able to run Crossfire on an SLI mobo without buying two geforce cards.

well i do plan on getting an nvidia card, but the sli feature i don't really care for im only getting this board because i think its pretty good. i don't plan on using sli

also i think the board is a good price its only $94 on newegg

but if you guys think of another board feel free to post a link (but i want it to be future proof, AMD socket AM2)
