Right now, the best card you can get for 150 US dollars is one of the 7600 cards, but I heard that the 8600 cards will come out tomorrow
That's not true.....you can get an x1900 card for that much which is considerably better then the 7600GT.seanroxorsWait a minute. 100 British pounds is just a few cents under 200 USD. You can get a nvidia GeForce 7950 GT for that much
There are a few 7950GT cards around ebay for £120....btw UK prices seems to be higher than US for the same goods at a converted rate :(
If your interested in one of these then make sure your Power supply is powerful enough and your CPU wont be a major bottleneck.
 Not too sure what the 8600 nvidia series will be priced at launch but i doubt it will be near that price for a 7950GT.

quite frankly, Im prett sure that the 8600 GT isn't gonna be that great
