You'll get a lot more hours out of Skyrim. Both are great games though.

Skyrim for sure! Bioshock is good, but Skyrim is amazing, will keep you busy for a LONG time, has a lot more variety and you can try all sorts of mods.

If you've never played Skyrim or only played it a little, you should buy it.

I would go for Skyrim. Not only will the game get more play out of it (between mods and side quest, the game is massive), but you are also getting more for your buck. The Legendary Edition includes all of the DLC's which adds up to $45.00 without discount. So if there was not a single discount on the game, it would cost you $105.00 for the game and all the DLC's. Whereas Bioshock, although a brilliant game is pretty straight forward and less expensive in the long run. Oh and there will not be any more DLC's for Skyrim so get it while you still can.

Yeah, get Skyrim and start downloading some mods. Start with Skyrim HD and Project ENB. And be sure to get all of the mods that are recommended on the bottoms of the Texture Pack Combiner and RealVision ENB pages...

You'd be lucky to get two playthroughs out of Infinite since the game gets awfully repetitive near the end, whereas Skyrim is a game where you can easily sink hundreds of hours into even if it doesn't have the best mechanics or storyline.

Skyrim offers a lot of hours on it's own, with DLC and mods, it's much more awesome. 160 hours put into it and I've still tons left to do in the game.

I spent 200 hours with Skyrim on the PS3, now I got the Legendary edition on PC and I'm just in heaven.  Graphics maxed out, 30+ mod's, rock-solid 60 fps.  Livin' the dream baby :D

Bioshock Infinite

EDIT : Seems I'm outnumbered.

The way I see it is one is amazing but short(Bioshock) and the other is boring and drags on(Skyrim).

Please don't give Bethesda your money, Skyrim is so dull.

I guess you can play with mods if you want an experience that isn't garbage.  But Infinite is so good on its own.  Yeah, Skyrim will last you longer, but consider quality over quantity when it comes to entertainment.
