One of the best in any real time FPS/TPS MMORPG to date, lies or not?

Metin2, anyone heard of this game? I read review from somewhere says "Metin2 is one of the best in any real time FPS/TPS MMORPG to date." Is it true? I have watched some video, looks nice but I wanna learn more from neutral point of view. I'm bored now, looking for a free and fresh MMORPG to kill time
