Have a look at the Benq e2200hD. The resolution is 1920x1080p, so it works for full HD movies and gaming. The price is $240 CAD, not sure what that is in American.

Yeah i forgot to mention i'd like it to be 1920x180p and HDMI. That would be nice but i can live with 1680x whatever it was. But i can't really past 200$ USD.

That looks like a very good moniter, im guessing its better then the one you have? I think im going to go with this one. Thanks very much. A reviewer said that you need a dvi to hdmi cable for 1920vs..... How much are the cables? And is there a way to disable the supposedly said "bad speakers"?

This is the one I have, you can pick it up at your local Best Buy. Had it for about a year, no dead pixels. Awesome picture!

if you have a costco membership go there, the have the samsung t220 for $230 and then you wont have to pay shipping so it comes pretty close to a $200 monitor on newegg and it is far superior to the acer and other ones you were looking at.

Don't have a membership there. So does anyone want to confirm which one is better? They are both in the same price range because one isn't free shipping while the other is.

Depends. Do you feel lucky? From word of mouth, Their quality stinks, but the specs look pretty good. You should also read the negative reviews of both monitors to get a jist of a common problems people face regarding both products and see if its worth the hassel.

Wait who's quality stinks? Both? Because from what i read both had amazing reviews. So know it's down to which one has better quality/performance.

You want to check to see if they can guarantee no dead pixels, some sites guarantee you get no dead pixels for a small charge.

Depends, some are covered, some are not, or like the post says above you can pay for the cover.
