Online FPS!

I used to be heavily into BF2, even whilst I had games like COD4 and CSS on my shelf. It's a great game in itself, especially with clan play. If you're over it, and are looking for something maybe a little more 'pretty' that's still extremely hard hitting games-wise, definitely give COD4 a smash. It'll be worth your while, I can promise you that.

The only time I ever really got into CSS, beyond installing it along with HL2, was at LAN parties. That was definitely sick fun too. You can't likely go wrong with either of these FPS greats.

There are also the free alternatives, like games such as Warrock, Soldier Front & Combat Arms, all of which I have played briefly and had both good & bad experiences with (HACKERS).

So basically, if you have a bit of cash to spend, go with COD or CSS, if you don't - there are a bunch of free alternatives.

Team Fortress 2, 'Nuff said.

Well I recently received a new computer and am now ready to game. The online game I'm currently playing right now is Bf2 mostly the PR mod. So I was looking for suggestions. I want a shooter for online perposes online. I don't really plan on playing the single player much at all if there is one. Currently the only game I have seen worth while may be TF2. So can anyone help me out should I get tf2 or is there another good game or should I save up for something comming out in the future?RIDDlCK

That's actually kinda funny. I'm just starting to get into the PR mod. Other than that, CoD4 is the way to go for online shooters.
