Im lookin for open world rpg, like fable but i hate diablo type dungeon, im looking more into against human not ogre or monster. I like monster etc but not too much Any idea?

Morrowind, Oblivion, Risen or Divinity 2. There are non-monster enemies in those games- but also quite a bit against human too.

The elder scroll series, try morrowwind or oblivion. Oblicion needs to be modded for exponentially more fun.

Arena is also good.

Both have humans, ogres, elves, etc though.

keep an eye on: the witcher 2

TESII daggerfall which has been omitted thus far is a nearly perfect open world rpg.. granted it does feel rather generic all over and the game has funny mechanics but its 1998 come on..

anyway yeah its the largets open world game of all time (dwarfing need for speed, jsut cause, mercenaries AND the world of warcraft (you can fit almost 2 WoW's inside daggerfall's map)
