Best deal I have seen in months if not years. You would be a fool to pass this up if you are even remotely interested in first-person shooters.

This is great for me, as the only game I had bought previously was TF2 (the first time it went on sale for $20.)

So now for an extra $10 I can get the whole Orange Box for a total of what the price was yesterday!

Hopefully TF2 will see an increase in it's player base as a result of this sale. It really is a fantastic game that could benefit from a larger community of players.

I know, except that all my friends are NOT into any kind of gaming!! Not sure what to do with extra copies I have, steam should allow people to get something else for the extra copies.

Not sure whats up but TF2 won't start. When i click launch it just sits at the "preparing to launch" pop up thing. Downloading portal to see if its any different....zero9167

A friend of mine had this same problem earlier today too. Idk what it is, but I think it's on Steam's part. His L4D and HL2: DM would "prepare to launch" then disappear and nothing would happen.

It's a shame I already have all of it, with the exception of the episodes, still this is one impressive deal.

I got it for $35 on day 1 at frys. I was lucky. This is an amazing deal though! My brother bought it too, so now we can play together!

I'll be picking this up for sure!

That's all 5 games, for the price of Portal! Speaking of which, I may have to get portal, and gift HL2 and EP1 to my mates.
