Hi, I was wondering if there was anything I could use other than a mouse so I could sit back, relax and surf the net. Anything you could reccommend?

You could probably remap a joystick or gamepad somehow.

are there any wireless ball mice? that would be the tool for you. no need to move the mouse around, just roll the ball with your fingers.

edit: i believe Trackball is the correct word for those "ball mice" :P

edit2: and yes there are cordless versions of them. for example Logitech Cordless Trackman Wheel for about $50.
