Just about to order a new PSU and 4870 512MB from Overclockers and it seems they've had some bad press recently.
Anyone had any experiences with them in the past?

I bought a faulty cpu from them, it had a bent pin. When I asked for a replacement they just refused, even though legally I was in the right. My advice is if you are buying anything ovber £100 use a credit card so you can claim from the card company. I would have had to take them to court to get my part back. In the end I bent the pin back to shape and got it working. Bottom line they are an appaling company if something goes wrong with thier product dont expect any help at all.

I'd heard much the same. Lots of people saying that normally they were good until you had to return something and they didn't want to know.
It was a toss up between them and microdirect, who also seem to be totally crap, so took your advice and bought from overclockers on credit card.
Cheers

I buy all my kit at ebuyer.com or dabs.com
Ebuyer in particuler are a great company, you select free delivery and you get your goods in a day or two. Haven't bought anything of them that has failed yet so i can't say what there after after sales service is like but, I would reccomned them over overclockers.co.uk any day of the week.
