Right now with my E7200, im getting 3.5 and that is the farthest i can go without it becomeing instable. When i go beyond that and run Prime95 i get a error that is apparently associated with my ram or fsb. My FSB is @ 360 and my memory is at 1080. Voltage for memory is at 2.1 and cpu voltage is at 1.17.

Now my question is the error associated with not enough volts to my memory? What can i do?

Im idleing @ 24C and load @32C

my mobo is a gigabyte GA P31 S3G

and my cpu cooler is very very good and my case has good ventalation as you can tell by my temps

What's your RAM rated to run at? At any rate, you picked a dismal board to overclock on - it wouldn't surprise me if you're running into the limitations of your motherboard.

i just checked the ocz memory, 2.1 is as high as it goes, no wonder why i was having problems, i should have checked. I have another question, my memory can do 4-4-4-12 timings, what benifit will that give me if use that?

im content with almost 3.5, not bad concidering my mobo and its E7200 @ 2.5.

I'm not asking about the voltage or latencies, but what speed is the RAM rated to run at and actually running at? Relaxing the timings will help if you're overclocking, you probably can't get them that tight again if you've overclocked the RAM much.

When you increase the speed of the FSB the speed of your memory also goes up. When the clocks get too high it becomes unstable, you may have to set a different memory ratio if you want to push the CPU further. If you could give us the RAM speed with the higher FSB it will help us decide if your RAM is unstable due to too high clocks, or if it is being limited by voltage.
