Should be in PC hardware discussion. Look up ATItools or Rivatuner, both are overclocking programs. Basically your GPU has 2 components that you can adjust, the memory clock speed and the core clock speed. You increase them slowly until your programs (benchmark or gaming) starts artifacting, then you know you are too high. Basically, the higher the clock speeds, the faster the GPU, the better the gaming performance. Read some guides based on what I said. I jsut told you basics, you need to research the rest.
