I need some advice on overclovking software I can get. I currently have Easy-Tune 5 for my CPU and ATI Tool for my GPU. Easy-Tune 5 doesn't seem to really work and neither does ATI Tool. If I run 3DMark 06, my scores stay the same between te Overclocking and the Not Overclocking.

dont overclock your cpu from a software program thats a recipe for diaster. ATI tool is the best OC'er i have come across. im not sure if river tuner works on ATI cards but it probably will but its not better than ATI tool. btw how many mhz you OC'ing with gpu.

The default on ATI tool says the default is 600.00 core and 400.00 memory. It says I can run at 708.75 core and 463.50 memory.

For OC'ing, nothing beats the BIOS. I don't use any software to alter the settings that usually can be altered in the BIOS. ATITool is about the only tool you can use for OC'ing the GPU. You can use Omega drivers, but use those at your own risk.

As your PC starts up it'll say press DEL (or something similar) to enter Setup (or something similar) ... thats how to get to your bios .. although seeing as u didn't know that i wouldn't bother until you've done some homework, read some guides ...
