I would not even bother trying to overclock the a 7300LE that video card is on the weak side, The best card to have(low priced) would be a 7600gt. The 7300does not have the bandwidth to handle a high overclock.

Well they are all diffferent... The best way to find out is to raise them a bit at a time until you get errors and then lower it about 5Mhz and run some games to see if it is stable..

I like to use ATiTool for this.  It supports nV cards (despite the name - it used to only work w/ ATi cards) and it has an integrated 3D tool for artifact testing. (It's a rotating furry box)
It's pretty easy to use, but if you can't figure it out, there are plenty of people here who can help you if you have trouble.

BTW: artifacts generally look like randomly coloured dots, misrendered textures, lines across the screen, etc.

Try checking google for more information, too.  Google >>>>> Asking for help on GS

Just use coolbits and "find optimal".. then if your card starts crapping out on you during games, drop the speed a little. It's not really that risky to OC if you watch the temps on your gpu.

Try this tip. But make sure you also have adequate cooling.

You don't need much info on that, I've used all sorts of fans from all sorts of manufacturers and those things are so basic that none of them will work better or worse then the other.
