Hi, I have a Point of View GeForce 7600 GS - 512 MB, I want to overclock it, but first I want to know all the risks about it, and if there will be a better performance if I do it.

Thanks

the risks are getting an unstable system and if you push the card too far you can blow the thing. you should get better performance but it depends how much you overclock

But I have a NVidia card, AtiTool works with that too? How better is than the "Nvidia Tool" that I have (It comes with the video card's CD)

Get 93.71 drivers and coolbits, other drivers dont OC that card correctly for some reason, they dont detect the correct default speeds as well.

Mine went from 533/560 to 562/862 and I gained on average +15 FPS in my games. It is stable, however it does run a bit hot. But thats both OCed and not with my XFX. :(
