p5k wifi?

I've had an Asus P5K premium for a year

I'm still knew to buying mobo's, does the 'wifi' mean I can wirelessly connect to my router? In my network adapters in the device manager, it says I have

Realtek RTL8187 Wireless 802.11b/g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter

I know it comes with the mobo, but I dont have a usb plugged in, is it possible to activate the wireless or something?

So is wireless set on your router ?

If it is, enter the Control Panel, then click on Network Connections, then Wireless Connection.
Add a wireless connection, enter the same info from your wireless (network name, security mode and key).

I can connect to my router fine for months, I have a ****** wireless adapter that I use that works (somewhat) perfectly, I was just wondering if my motherboard's wifi could connect instead of using the ******

You're already using the ****** adapter. There should be an option to choose which wireless adapter to use, since you have 2.

I never had an option, that's why I bought the ******, I have the drivers for the Realtek in the device manager, but I dont have the option to use it

your motherboard should have a wifi antenna connect it to that gold thingy on the back, then install the wifi ap solo drivers from your mobo cd or downlod them from asus
