Im trying to patch Vampire Bloodlines but theres so many patches... Do I have to download them all or just the newest one?

Just the latest one, if you look you can see that the patches ever increase in size. Though you might need the last official patch first (v 1.2)

If you want the best experience possible download all of the fan made patches, I don't think there bundled together so you'll have to download them individually.

You need to install the official 1.2 patch before you copy over the contents from the user made patch.
