hello Guys, I am trying to build a PC for gaming. arstechnica have some guides to follow, and I found this PC to fit my budget

http://arstechnica.com/guides/buyer/guide-200707.ars/2

the only problem is that I do want to have a 24" monitor instead of the 20", do you guys think that the graphic card with that set up works fine on the 24" monitor? And is there a big difference between the 8800GTS 320MB and the 8800GTX. I just want to know if the GTX is worth it because the GTS model is about half the price. what you guys think?

GTX is definately worth it, especially on a 24" monitor.

you NEED the GTX for a 24" monitor, the GTS 320 will not cut it at all.

Yup, I agree. 640mb GTS is probably the lowest you want to go. I'd get the GTX; you're getting the right performance boost for the extra price.
