PC game character just keeps spinning around Cant Move HEEEELP

Hi new to pc gaming, Medal of honor and saints row 2 game characters just keep spinning around and around wont let me move at all making unable to play. At first I thought it was games returned them and it still does it. Could it have something to do with my pc settings. I play flight similator and a few other games fine.

Do you use a joystick or other controller for playing Flight Sim? It's possible it might be messing with your controls in other games.

two options, unplug any gamepad or update to the latest patch for the game.
