And check out the Gothic series and Lost World II (avoid part 1) for games like Elder Scrolls. For a dystopian vibe like Fallout that isn't an RPG check out Metro 2033.
The Bioshock games are also semi-horror, but I'm sure you got the memo about that series already. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. also comes to mind... survival horror FPS with a Chernobyl theme.
