Doesnt have to be a direct story continuation. Just another game in general.
Im saying anachronox. One of all time favorites.

Starcraft because that game was awsome.
Alien vs Predator, still love the game but I hate the network code and the outdated engine.
But I really want Star Craft to be sequeled, I know when I finished Warcraft 3 and watched the outro I saw marines and Zerglings and I was like OMG, StarCraft 2... but nooo stupid Blizzard.
A sequel to Riddick would be very cool too. Especially because the original was on the short side.

Agreed, Riddick is one of the best games ever. Make a longer sequel, with multiplayer. (they could have done some wicked multi with that prison setting).
The NOLF series definately deserves more sequels. But I think that Monolith has put Cate Archer to rest. R.I.P. Cate.Qixote
I think I read they were doing a NOFL 3 sequel but they turned it into what ever that game was that came between NOLF2, and FEAR. Contract Jack maybe?
Personally I'm getting a little sick of Monolith. All their games equal the same old FPS model in an environment of file cabinets! If some one went through NOLF 1 & 2 and FEAR and the EP to FEAR and counted every file cabinet in the game it would be in the tens of thousands! And I have not even played many of the other Monolith games that probably have thousands too! I like FEAR, loved NOLF and really loved Blood. But it seems to me all Monolith games end up felling way too much a like! I mean FEAR is just a Blood with better graphics and AI.
Their company logo should be a file cabinet!!

I really meant for the file cabinets to be a metaphor for how much all Monolith games end up feeling the same. NOLF 1 was the exception because they added some comedy to the story and the retro 60s feel. But again after you got past the cut scenes especially in NOLF2 the uniqueness pretty much went away and it just became the same old Monolith FPS. It's almost like they just have made one giant game that spans years and years and many different titles! Monolith needs to do something new and unique or just stop.
But anyone that thought FEAR was unique must have never played the Blood series. Just better looking file cabinets!
Aliens vs Predator II. I cant really see it getting a sequel any time soon, pity because it's a great game.Doom_HellKnight
Your in luck, there are not just one, but two Aliens games currently in development.
Gearbox is developing an FPS based on the Aliens franchise on Unreal Engine 3 for PC and Next Gen consoles.

Obsidian is currently developing an RPG based on the Aliens franchise, also on Unreal Engine 3.

Both games are being published by Sega and are said to be due out in 2008...supposedly to coincide with the next Aliens vs. Predator movie.
Homeworld II is another game I wouldn't mind a sequel to, as I love the first 3 games (The original, Cataclysm and HW2). Doom_HellKnight
You might want to keep an eye on an upcoming game called Sins of the Solar Empire, its by the same exact group of development team members who made Homeworld: Cataclysm, and its supposed to be sorta a spiritual successor to Homeworld.
MAFIA for sure. God I loved that game. The storyline was great. I would do anything for a sequal. Here we go again....
MAFIA

I agree with having a Clive Barker Undying sequel. My other picks are...
*Redneck Rampage
*Thief
*Diablo
*Duke Nukem'
*Freelancer
Starlancer
Duke Nukem
Earth and Beyond
Freddy Pharkas the Frontier Pharmacist (yeah buddy)
Harvester
The Dig
Gabriel Knight (Its had sequals... but it needs more)
The NOLF series definately deserves more sequels. But I think that Monolith has put Cate Archer to rest. R.I.P. Cate.QixoteThose remain to this day some of the most fun ive had playing a FPS. Excellent games.
1. Mafia
Even the thought of there will be no sequel makes me depressed.
2. Max Payne 3
Max Payne 3 is cancelled as far as I know. And they told at the credits "Max Payne's journey into the night will continue..." Well, "screaming stop signs, staring wild eyes, keep on flashing, flashing by. And we keep driving into the night, it's a late goodbye, such a late goodbye..:(
3. Fable 2
This game is being developed for Xbox360, hope they will make the PC version.
4. Beyond Good & Evil
I still prey Ubisoft will consider making a sequel.
5. Indigo Prophecy
It's been a while since I've played this totally terrific game. No news of sequel so far.
6. Call of Cthulhu - Destiny's End.
CoC - Dark Corners of Earth was one of the most frustrating games I've ever played. Other than that it was a pretty good survival horror. Too bad the developing company is no more &;; the sequel has turned into vaporware. Hope someone will release it one day.
There are many more games. Thing is, I can't remember them right now. So many games need sequel, but only a few will be created.
