If I'm brutally honest, I haven't completed as many games as I'd like (about a third of my collection). One of the reasons for that is the fact that I've had a few HD crashes over the years and I hadn't backed up any save games. I didn't feel like going all the way through those games again at the time - especially those I'd nearly completed. Here's the list of games I remember completely finishing...
Call of Duty 1 & 2, CoD: United Offensive, Condemned: Criminal Origins, Contract J.A.C.K., Daikatana, Deus Ex, Deus Ex: Invisible War, Doom 1/2/3, Dungeon Siege, DS: Legends Of Aranna, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (main quest), Eye Of The Beholder 1/2/3, FEAR, Far Cry, Gunman Chronicles, Half Life + Opposing Force + Blue Shift, Half Life 2, HL2: Episode 1, Halo: Combat Evolved (PC), Heretic 1 & 2, Hexen 1 & 2, Hexen: Deathkings Of The Dark Citadel, Star Wars: Dark Forces, Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2 + Mysteries Of The Sith, Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy, Lands Of Lore: Throne Of Chaos, Mace Griffin: Bounty Hunter, Max Payne, MoH: Allied Assault + Spearhead, Neverwinter Nights + Shadows Of Undrentide + Hordes Of Underdark, No One Lives Forever 1 & 2, Quake + Scourge Of Armagon + Dissolution Of Eternity, Quake 2 + Ground Zero, Quake 4, Red Faction, Return To Castle Wolfenstein, Rune, SiN: Episodes: Emergence, Soldier Of Fortune 1 & 2, Star Trek Elite Force 1 & 2, Star Wars Republic Commando, Thief 1 & 2, Unreal + Return To Na Pali, Unreal 2, Wolfenstein 3D.
When it comes to RTS games I rarely play through the SP campaign and usually end up playing skirmishes, so I didn't count any of those although I've spent many hours with Age Of Empires 1/2/3, Age Of Mythology, Cossacks: European Wars, Rise Of Nations, Galactic Battlegrounds and others. The same goes for the UT series. I've started and nearly completed many other games, but due to lost save games never went back to try them again. I'll have to rectify that.
The only games I've intentionally not finished were...
Codename Outbreak - couldn't stand the bugs any longer
Neverwinter Nights 2 - couldn't stand the forced linearity any longer (I was close to the end as well lol)
Sniper Elite - could never get it to run without crashing after 5 minutes due to a sound bug
Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall - after spending at least a hundred hours playing it, I'd hardly got anywhere in the main quest, saw no end in sight and uninstalled
Oni- really got tired of the crap checkpoint save system
Project IGI - got tired of not being able to save at all until mission completion
Serious Sam - got bored
Diablo - got bored
