so since PC games didn't win any crappy awards pc gaming is dying.

I'll admit it's not what it once was but it's far from dying.

Also I didn't see any DS games on there, that must be dying also.

yeah, i was thinking the same thing, why the hell are THEY hosting it, but i don't think G4 could have done any better.

PC gaming 'dying' is one of those myths that I hate, like the price bieng too high, and having to upgrade every month.

Time magazine and Spike TV also don't know wtf they are talking about. It's always more of a popularity contest, and the reason Halo 3 doesn't win GOTY is because they know that everyone will find out that they have no idea wtf they are talking about, but if they pick a slightly above average game like Bioshock, then they may get away with it. They definetly fooled you!

Doesn't look like anything new, mass market media is most likely going to choose mass market titles, i.e. consoles.

Guess it wasn't possible to completely ignore Crysis though :)

I don't think too many PC gamers are going to be worried.
