Yesterday, my computer was doing fine everythin was great until at one point, my background desktop items didnt show up at all and also the taskbar on the bottom disappeared completely, i cant even rick click on it...i tried to do a system restore on safe mode, but the same issue occurs in safe mode, the only way i am able to see websites or open programs is to open the task manager CTRL, ALT, DEL and click on file and then new task run...is there anyway i can fix this?
